Most common substrates; concrete, cement renders, screeds, rendered brickwork and blockwork, fibre cement wall sheets, compatible waterproofing membranes and correctly installed compressed fibre cement sheet floor systems that have been approved for tiling.


Tiles: Ideal for porcelain, ceramic, mosaic, terracotta, slate, quarry, granite and marble. Not suitable for moisture sensitive stones and translucent tiles.

Areas: Suitable for interior and exterior applications. Commercial and domestic walls and floors, especially floors in high traffic areas. Its fast setting properties makes it well suited for tiling jobs where the floor needs to be in service within a short time of being laid.

VOC Content: Low VOC - 5g/L (SCAQMD method 304-91)

Coverage: 20kg bag of Davco 1 Part Rapid covers approximately 5-8m2 (depending on the size of the trowel used)

Set Time: 3-4 hours before grouting
